Have you considered giving the gift of learning for a child with special needs and their family?

The Progress Centre is funded in part by provincial sponsorship and a variety of private sources ranging from service clubs to corporate donations. We rely on the financial support of our community partners and friends in order to maintain the quality of the programs offered through the Progress Centre.

You can make the difference in the life of a family and their child by making a donation to our program. Every gift helps to support children and families in their journey of growth and development.

The Progress Centre is a charitable organization and can provide tax receipts for all contributions over $20.00. Here are several options for you to help out the children and families of Progress Centre:

Be a Progress Centre Pal

When you make a donation up to $99.00 you will receive a Progress Centre Pal Certificate, a tax receipt (if over $20.00) and your gift will be acknowledged in the next edition of our Newsletter "Progressions".

Give a Helping Hand: The Lorna Scaravelli Wall of Hands

For a contribution of $100.00, you can select a colorful red, yellow, or blue child's "hand" in left or right to be placed on our Lorna Scaravelli "Wall of Hands". Named in honour of a retired long standing Board Member,  the Wall of Hands proudly displays your name or inscription within the hand of your choice. You will receive a Wall of Hands Certificate, a Hand displayed at the Centre, and a tax receipt. Your name will be printed in the next edition of our Newsletter  Progressions . You can also attend the “Wall of Hands” Celebration held during Early Intervention Awareness month, on the last Friday of February.

Help Build a Strong Foundation for Families & Children

Purchase a BRICK in the WALL OF PROGESS. Your gift of $500 will provide you with a place of honour on our “Wall of Progress”. Located in our main entrance area, the Wall of Progress proudly displays the names of those who have generously contributed to the Progress Centre either on our annual “NIGHT  of GIVING” Event, held in November or at any time of the year through the purchase of a “brick”. A beautiful gold coloured plaque with an inscription of your choice (up to 3 lines) is placed on a brick of your choice on the Wall of Progress, acknowledging to all who come to the Centre that you support the families and children served by Progress Centre. This is a true legacy to your act of kindness. You will receive a plaque for the Wall, a tax receipt, a Wall of Progress Certificate, your name will be printed in our Newsletter Progressions , and you are invited to attend the Night of Giving to celebrate your gift.
